Setting up a group has never been easier, just follow our simple step by step guide. Just like our first group Bray Musical Society.
Step 1:
Gather your friends, family/work colleagues and start a group.
Step 2:
Pick a time and a place to meet up and do your group exercises. Make sure each of you have chosen a leader to follow.
Step 3:
Organise a time of the week to meet up and weigh in, you can use your own household scales to do this.
Step 4:
Calculate the groups’ total weight loss each week.
Step 5:
Email ot@rte.ie and let us know how your group has gotten on, send us on videos of your group.
