Losing weight isn’t easy, but keeping it off can actually be even harder! In this year’s Celebrity Operation Transformation we’re launching a strand called ‘Keep The Change’ that looks at the different ways people can sustain long term weight loss, not just for a few weeks or months – but on into the rest of their lives.

Shedding the pounds is fantastic, but it’s easy to fall back into bad habits and undo all our good work. In this series we’re going to discover some of the simple secrets that can help maintain that hard won weight loss – secrets that will help us all to….‘Keep The Change’.
