Posted: 21 February 2018

Tonight as part of our Live Better Live Longer strand Karl Henry looks at the physical effects which are now being seen in children as a result of the excessive use of their various screens.

Dr David Gaul talks about his research which has revealed how many teens are now displaying diminished fine motor skills which makes it harder for them to carry out basic tasks like buttoning shirts, writing or tying their shoelaces, while Dr Harry Barry offers practical advice on how to limit the family’s screen time in an item which every parent will want to see.
