Operation Transformation is now in its eleventh series. During this time, people across the country have followed the series and made significant improvements to their health. As a nation, we are now living longer, but in recent years, we’ve also seen a rise in the fatal and debilitating illnesses.
Operation Transformation is not just about weight-loss, it is also about our health, and as the saying goes our health is our wealth. We’ll be looking at the positive changes we can make to our lives, by making changes to our diet and exercise routines.
Over the course of the series we highlight the ways the people can improve their health chances, by looking at what we do now, in terms of diet, physical and mental exercise can help us to live longer, healthier lives.
