1 medium piece of fruit (such as an apple, kiwi or mandarin) (100g)
20 whole almonds (not skinned) or 20g Karl’s spicy mixed nuts (see separate recipe)
Using a sharp knife, cut the apple into quarters and remove the core, then cut into slices. Serve on a plate with the almonds.
Bring the apple in a Tupperware container with the almonds and cut up to eat, if desired.
*Suitable for vegetarians.
