1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
2 wholemeal crackers (such as Dark Rye Ryvita or similar)
1 small ripe banana (fun-sized)
Spread half the peanut butter on each cracker and put on a plate. Cut the banana into slices and arrange on top to serve.
