The power of Operation Transformation is all thanks to the people who lead and inspire and this year we want to celebrate those special few who are making a real difference to the people around them.

We want to congratulate those of you who are going above and beyond to transform the health and wellbeing of your local communities, schools and workplaces. People who are making movement and exercise a part of everyday life and creating long term healthy habits to help their nearest and dearest live better and longer.

The 2018 Operation Transformation Awards will celebrate those of you who are making Ireland a kinder and less lonely place to be.
